Combs, hairbrushes, spoons, others, siezed at the entrance of "The Experience" venue

Last night, Tafawa Balewa Square(TBS), Lagos was crammed with people for the biggest musical concert in Africa, THE EXPERIENCE.

It was indeed an experience as the crowd of over 500,000 people sang with one voice with prominent international and local gospel singers.

But one thing; due to the insecurities experienced in the country in recent time, appropriate measures had to be put in place to ensure the safety of the people in attendance. People got thoroughly searched before they were allowed in the venue. And items like combs, spoons, hairbrushes were being seized if found.

Kate Henshaw loses out on PDP primaries

The Nollywood actress who contested for the House of Representative Calabar Municipal/Odukpani 2015 ticket under PDP lost out during the Party's primaries which held today across Cross Rivers state.

It looks like the actress is handling the defeat well as she said on her twitter page:

"The primaries was conducted in an orderly manner. It was fair n transparent. Sadly I did not make it. My congrats to the winner." 

Meanwhile, it seems this statement of hers has earned her more respect as fans troop to her twitter to congratulate her on her spirit of sportsmanship.

I believe this is not the end but the beginning of her political career.
