Man dumps wife to have sex with donkey

A divorcee in Mwenezi, southern Zimbabwe, with a penchant for bestiality will spend the next four months in jail after he was caught having sex with a neighbour’s donkey.
Sinos Mvuto of Petronella Ranch, who divorced his wife of ten years in 2006, had turned his neighbour’s female donkey into an “obedient lover”.

Mvuto was convicted on his own plea of guilty to a count of bestiality when he appeared before Masvingo magistrate Tafadzwa Mhlanga on Monday. Mhlanga convicted and sentenced Mvuto to six months in jail.
He suspended two months for five years on condition of good behaviour. In mitigation, Mvuto said: “I divorced my wife with whom I had three children years ago. It could be insatiable sexual appetite that drives me to do this because I don’t have a specific reason,” said Mvuto.

Mhlanga said Mvuto had not only degraded himself through developing intimate feelings for an animal but he also earned the whole family including his children a bad name.
“What you’ve done is unimaginable. It is weird and the court wonders how you proposed to the donkey. By nature a donkey produces a savage kick on its mate.
“The court also wonders how you survived those kicks. You’ve done something that shows high degree of cruelty against animals, you deserve to be in solitary confinement,” said Mhlanga.

Prosecuting, Fidelicy Nyamukondiwa said on November 30 at around 12PM Mvuto was walking in the bush when he saw three donkeys belonging to his neighbour, Douglas Musara, 46.
“Upon seeing the donkeys the sex-starved Mvuto approached a jenny which he held on the back before mounting. He had sex with the donkey once but before he could finish the mission, Mvuto was caught red-handed having quality time with the animal by Musara and his wife, Tisisine Musara,” said Nyamukondiwa prosecuting.

“Upon realising that he was caught, Mvuto dismounted from the animal and took to his heels but not before leaving behind his jacket which was used as an exhibit in court.”
A formal report was made leading to Mvuto’s arrest.
